Consulting
We run our company on AI. We’ll show yours how.
Companies stall on getting real value out of AI and write it off as useless. We set everything up, train your people to run it, and leave them able to make AI your competitive advantage.
Why is this worth doing?
Implementing AI is not the point. What it does for your productivity and bottom line is.
-
Time back
Work that took days turns into hours, if not minutes. That time goes to customers, or to the project nobody has had time to start.
-
Room to think
The grunt work now runs itself, so people spend their time being creative and doing what humans are actually good at.
-
Growth
Growth without raising headcount. New workflows raise the quality and consistency of every department.
What does the work cover?
Five areas. Each one starts with the problem it solves, then shows what ours looks like. The full package lists everything included.
Team training
Getting AI into an organization takes months of trial and error without org-wide training behind it.
From the workshop deck.
“I had a chance to try it on my own today, and your instructions made the process very straightforward. I was able to get the results I was looking for without any issues. I’m currently working on the credit card reconciliation process I mentioned yesterday. With access to more connectors, I’m confident I can develop a workflow that is much more efficient and will make the process easier for our team.”
Brand and visual system
To automate your visuals, your voice, and your marketing, the brand has to exist in a format AI can read and hold to every time.

Anyone in any department can take an idea for a campaign, a rep’s presentation, a board deck, a product launch, and point AI at the brand file. What comes back looks and sounds like you.
Voice
Copy written with AI comes out sounding like AI unless the system knows how your company and your people actually sound.
Two people, two voice profiles, same system.
Content and video
The time and money saved is the obvious part. The bigger change is a small team being able to make things it could never have afforded to make.

AI workflow automations
AI workflow automations and connectors take over the constant juggling between scattered tools, and you stay in the loop.

The team that will support you
-
Jon Ouellet
Co-founder, CEO
Spent a decade at Oracle selling enterprise software and running sales teams, then co-founded Applied IQ. He leads sales strategy and customer development.
-
Herman C.
Co-founder, CTO
Builds production AI. Before Applied IQ he shipped models to paying users, and he builds ours to the same standard: judged on how they hold up on live accounts, not on how they look in a walkthrough.
-
Val Hiilloskorpi
VP Sales & Marketing
Built Applied IQ’s brand system and its content pipeline. The prompt engineering behind every message the product writes is his too.
Our logos, type, and design tokens are published at appliediq.ai/brand. This website, our sales intelligence platform, and the system that writes our own marketing all came out of the same work we would do with you.
We’ve also built a product. Learn more about it here.
Common questions
-
Who is it for?
Any function. We’ve had sales, design, shipping, and accounting in the same room. It does not matter whether your team has already started with AI or has not touched it yet.
-
Do we own what you build?
Yes. We build the automations, show your team how to run them, and show them how to build their own. You own what we build, and your team knows how to take it further.
-
Do we need to be technical?
No. The people who get the most out of this are usually the ones closest to the work, not the ones closest to the technology. If someone on your team can explain their own job clearly, they can do this.
-
What does it cost?
We shape it on the call. Scope moves a lot depending on how many people are involved, what your team already knows, and whether you want something built at the end of it.
We are our own customers. We’ve built all of this internally and use it to run our company every day.
How to get started
We’ll go over what you do, what your biggest time sinks are, and where we think we can help the most. Then we put together a package that fits you and the goals we set together. Everything is about your work and how to take it to the next level. AI is just the tool we use to get you there.
