AI sales package

01Team training

Getting AI into a revenue team takes months of trial and error unless the whole team is trained on it at once.

AI enablement workshopA 60 to 90 minute session covering Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini. Teaches a structure for asking (goal, intent, input, task, output) and the four building blocks: prompts, tools, skills, automations. Everyone applies it to a task from their own week: an account research pass, a follow-up email, a campaign brief, a deck outline.
Prompt systemA written standard for how the team asks AI for things, plus a library of prompts for the jobs a revenue team repeats: account research, call prep, follow-ups, proposal sections, campaign briefs, post drafts.
Skill buildingTeaching the team to package a repeated instruction into a reusable unit anyone can run without knowing how it works. Includes building the first few.

"I had a chance to try it on my own today, and your instructions made the process very straightforward. I was able to get the results I was looking for without any issues. I'm currently working on the credit card reconciliation process I mentioned yesterday. With access to more connectors, I'm confident I can develop a workflow that is much more efficient and will make the process easier for our team."

02Brand and visual system

To automate your visuals, your decks, your proposals and your website, the brand has to exist in a format AI can read and hold to every time.

Machine-readable brand fileColors, type, spacing and layout rules written in a format software and AI tools read directly. Every later item reads it: decks, proposals, visuals, the website.
Visual generation systemA defined set of visual directions wired to the brand file, with checks that reject off-brand output. AI generates graphics in the brand.
Social header and cover kitHeader and cover images for the company account and for each rep and founder, at exact platform sizes.
Website refreshRebuild on a modern stack, apply the brand system, and build the page structure and structured data that AI search engines read. One handoff session so your own people can edit it.

Anyone on the revenue team can take an idea for a campaign, a rep’s presentation, a proposal, a product launch, and point AI at the brand file. What comes back looks and sounds like you. This document was made that way.

03Voice

Copy written with AI comes out sounding like AI unless the system knows how your company and your people actually sound.

Company voiceInterviews with the people who set the tone, written into a profile the AI reads before it writes outreach, follow-ups, proposals, web copy and posts. Includes a list of facts the company can claim.
Personal voicesSame method, one profile per rep, founder or executive whose name goes on outreach or posts. AI drafts come out in that person's voice.
HumanizerAn editing pass that detects and rewrites the patterns that make text read as AI-written.

This is the written output: outreach, follow-ups, proposals, posts. Two levels: the company’s voice, and a custom voice profile per person.

04Sales content and video

Demos, decks and proposals are what a prospect actually sees, and most of them are still built by hand, one at a time.

Demo walkthroughA narrated, self-running walkthrough of your product, built on our demo engine against your real screens, put on a subdomain of your site. We build the first one and hand over the engine. Your team makes the next.
Intro videosShort personalized videos for a named prospect.
Presentations and sales materialTemplates for decks, proposals and one-page documents built on your brand file, plus the prompts that take an account as input and produce the piece, and the checks that reject off-brand output.

Proposals and documents run this way at Applied IQ today. Deck templates are the next output of the same system.

05AI workflow automations

AI workflow automations and connectors take over the constant juggling between scattered tools, and you stay in the loop.

We build the automations, show your team how to run them, and show them how to build their own. You own what we build, and your team knows how to take it further.

ConnectorsConnections between AI and the software the team already runs: CRM, email, calendar, meeting notes, quoting.
AutomationsSequences that run on the connectors. A call ends and the notes go to the CRM with a follow-up draft ready. A quote request comes in and a proposal draft comes back. A new account enters the CRM and a research brief is waiting. A person stays in the loop on every send.

Sales work we can automate

ForecastingForecast accuracy and linearity. Deal-by-deal checks against CRM history, slipping deals flagged, and a week-by-week view of how bookings land across the quarter.
Joint execution plansA mutual plan drafted from the deal record: milestones, owners on both sides, dates. Updated as the deal moves.
NegotiationsPrep before each round: the account's pressures, prior concessions, the likely asks and a response to each.
RFPsFirst-draft answers from your past responses and product docs, mapped question by question, gaps flagged for a person.
QBRsThe deck and the talking points built from CRM, usage and support data for the account, in your brand, before the meeting.
PresentationsAccount decks from the brand file and the deal record. Built as the sales material pipeline in section 04.
BANT / MEDDICCQualification fields filled from call notes and emails after each touch, gaps flagged, the CRM updated.
Sales methodologiesSandler, Directional Selling, SPIN, Challenger. Your method written into the prompts. Call prep, discovery questions and follow-ups come out in the method the team already runs.

06The Applied IQ platform

Research, done properly, takes 5 to 6 hours per account. Most reps will not do it, and no manager can force it.

Strategic Sales Intelligence ReportTakes a company domain and your product context and produces a report on that account: the company, its current state, its competitors, its pain points, timing, sales hypotheses, decision-maker profiles, engagement strategies, risks and battlecards. Every data point carries its source.
Generated messagingOutbound email, follow-up, LinkedIn message, SMS, voicemail, pitch script and objection responses, each written from the research in the report.
Agent ChatSits inside every report. Ask about the account, draft content, build a business case, pull in current news. Answers come from the same research.
CRMPushes hypotheses and generated content to HubSpot.

Priced separately from the consulting work. Sections 01 to 05 run on it at Applied IQ: the brand file, the voices, the walkthrough and the automations.
